Account Executive


Underdog Media, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Account Executive. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to drive revenue for Underdog Media while consulting with marketers and interactive agencies.


    Responsibilities Include:


    • Perform sales-related activity including prospecting, presentations, RFP's, etc.
    • Conduct presentations and meetings at the media planner and director level.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts including top agencies, large direct marketers and Fortune 1000 advertisers.
    • Use a consultative approach to understand the advertiser's business model and meet their marketing goals.
    • Meet or exceed quarterly and new business quota provided by management.Meet or exceed quarterly and new business quota provided by management.
    • Maintain in depth understanding of company's technology, products, and services.
    • Support sales strategy and assist in developing the ongoing strategy.
    • Represent Underdog Media at industry events.
    • Follow established processes and procedures for all company operations.
    • Support Company's corporate culture including adhering to established ethical standards.


    Requirements/Skills:


    • A minimum of two years selling in the interactive space.
    • Established relationships at the buyer and director level.
    • Strong prospecting and closing techniques.
    • Proven leadership within the industry and participation within local organizations.
    • Possess communication, both verbal and written, and customer service skills.
    • Capable of prioritization of multiple tasks in a deadline sensitive environment.
