Account Manager

Underdog Media, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to maintain and grow advertiser campaigns while building a relationship with their clients. This position works closely with our sales team to exeed client expectations and assist in up-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:


• Manage, establish, and expand advertising campaigns.
• Identified client advertising strategies to maximize campaign objectives.
• Maintain routine client follow-up and exeed client expectations.
• Analyze, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing campaigns.
• Synchronize activities with sales team and assist with up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain in depth understanding of company's technology, products, and services.
• Support sales strategy and assist in developing the ongoing strategy.
• Represent Underdog Media at industry events.
• Follow established processes and procedures for all company operations.
• Support Company's corporate culture including adhering to established ethical standards.



Requirements/Skills:



• Two years of related online advertising experience
• Experience in managing direct and brand display campaigns.
• Experience working with advertisers to understand their advertising goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytic skills.
• BA/BS degree a plus.
